Pool Design & Construction

We design and build luxury custom swimming pools, handle pool remodeling and resurfacing, install and

detection, and water feature installations.

Typical projects take 8–12 weeks from permitting to final inspection, depending on design complexity,
permitting jurisdiction, weather, and material availability.

Costs vary by size, design complexity, materials, and features. Most custom pools range between
$70,000 and $150,000 for a complete backyard project including decking and equipment. We provide

Pool Maintenance & Repairs

Weekly service is ideal for water balance, cleanliness, and equipment longevity. We offer weekly,
bi-weekly, and commercial maintenance plans.

Signs include unusual water loss, higher chemical use, wet areas around the pool, or air in the pump.
We perform electronic leak detection and pressure testing.

Before a storm, lower the water level slightly, remove loose items, and turn off power to pumps and
automation. Do not drain the pool completely. After the storm, we can inspect, clear debris, rebalance
chemicals, and restart equipment safely.

Plans include weekly cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, vacuuming, filter inspection, and
equipment checks. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and commercial options, with priority scheduling for
repairs and discounts on upgrades.
